I personally love the innovation I am seeing from Barclays at the moment. First their brand identity, consumer focused propositions, focus on service and store look and feel demonstrate giant leaps in innovation….. for a bank. While Mobile payment is an area set to hot up, Barclays now trump it’s competition on a lovely innovation…. Pingit
